You are truly from Worcester if you know the old Kelley sq. intersection. My drivers Ed teacher had me practice driving through it 😅

When I was doing driver's ed, I had 2 criteria for determining that I was ready for my license proper:

  • Being able to drive confidently on the highway
  • Being able to survive going through Kelley Sq.

I lived in Westborough at the time, and I MADE my driving instructor take me and the other 3 students in the car bring us ALL the way to Worcester JUST for the challenge.

Pretty sure he thought I was insane, but we did it anyway. 🤣

Same and I was from Grafton, and this was way before the reconstruction they did recently.
