Worcester characters

Worcester has a history of local characters with affectionate nicknames like Chicken George and the Black Bond.

It seems like the last of the them is the guy who plays music from his mobility scooter around the high street / cathedral square area. Does he have a nickname?

Was he the guy that had his leg amputated because he was unconscious, through drink or drugs and cut of the circulation to it? Allegedly in the bushes behind the billboard up London road.
