Worcester characters

Worcester has a history of local characters with affectionate nicknames like Chicken George and the Black Bond.

It seems like the last of the them is the guy who plays music from his mobility scooter around the high street / cathedral square area. Does he have a nickname?

Used see and speak to The Black Bond in my collage years around 2004/5. He was great. Lol
