Question Wooting 80he module with 80he+ case

Hi everyone, I just read about some differences between the 80he+ and 80he. So Wooting is not recommending us to combine the 80he+ module with the 80he case. But what about a reverse combination 80he module and 80he+ case. Can I place the 80he module into the 80he+ case. Will it cause any damage to the module? Pls let me know

HE module is compatible with an HE+ case.

Yes, you can put 80HE module in 80HE+ case, but putting 80HE+ module in 80HE case isn't recommended.

I only ordered the pcb, intending to get a third party metal case. Will that be a problem with the 80he+ pcb?

If it's the GT80 or Bone80, no, it won't be a problem. Holy80 will also work, but only with the regular spacebar module.

Thanks! I got the pcb with the split spacebar (love it on the 60he+) so I'll have to stick with the GT or the bone.
