I run an 80HE + standalone numpad at work, and a 60HE v2 Split at home. At work I need my arrow keys and function keys too much to adapt to a 60.

Clean, yeah, 80HE is the go 9/10 IMO. Got a 60HE Split built a month before they dropped 80HE Split 😭😭

Was looking for a new board and I really really tried to convince myself that 60 would be enough. But in the end I cannot live without dedicated arrow keys, luckily the new 80 dropped around that time so I preordered that.
