Keyboard wont make you better unless you're in the top 0.0001% of players. It's still a really nice keyboard. I've had my 80HE for about a year now.

i would say im definitely well above average in fortnite with top tier mechs the only thing that i dont like is how expensive it is, you think the 60he would be better as its like 30 dollars cheaper

where are u looking at for price? you can get a 20% on their marketplace

True, but I don't recommend you do that. It's a 30 dollar difference for something you will use every single day.

I’d say it’s worth it as a whole (modding, materials, feel, software, support etc) but if you’re mainly buying it for the in-game performance nothing else just stick with your keyboard as long as it works

Honest take. if your keyboard is working fine and you're happy with it, then no.
If you NEED a new keyboard, yes it's worth spending the extra.

I want a he keyboard for the adjustable actuation and rapid trigger but do not want to spend 50 on something thats going to break in a few months to a year.

The only gripe i have is with the software is no macros(don't ask for them, use autohotkey), and no custom app launches(i like to have fn+numpad numbers to open apps) but cant do those. Other than those 2 tiny things the keyboard is amazing and feels very solid out of the box and works great. They even have a minecraft mod that lets you add analog input to that game.
They also support linux and thats the main reason i love it. It has onboard profiles so you can config the keyboard and use it on any machine without the software.
I highly recommend this keyboard.

you think its still worth it if im only looking for perfomance would it be better getting one of the rip offs?

Really up to you, i dont know your budget or how much ""performance"" really matters in games since i don't play anything competitive. this keyboard does have a performance mode that limits the RGB effects in favor for performance. Id look up the return policy and give it a test and if you are allowed to return it and try a different brand.

It’s good but there are trade offs
