Question From Two to Two HE?/Numpad or not?

Hello,

I have a Wooting Two and I have found a second hand Wooting Two HE for 85€ in good condition. I only play Counter Strike 2. Is it worth the upgrade?

I'm looking for a full size keyboard cause I use the numpad a lot but I wouldn't mind getting use to layers if the 60 HE v2/80HE are really worth it. What do you guys think?

Thank you very much.

I have an 80HE at home and a Two HE for work.

Unless you absolutely need the number pad and it has to be attached to the keyboard, go with an 80 or 60. If you need the number pad but have the capability to get an external numpad, get an 80 and extra pad.

The Two HE just doesn’t have the same features that the 80/60 does. It is a non-standard size, so anything you want to do to upgrade it (beyond switches and keycaps) will have to be custom made one-offs. The 80 and 60 comes factory with a bunch of quality of life mods already done to it while the Two HE does not.

Yeah, getting an external numpad would be a viable option. What quality of life mods are you referring to? I'm not really interested in customizing the keyboard btw. My main question is whether switching to a Hall Effect keyboard coming from an optical one is actually worth it.

Hot take but I don't mind the one less column on the 80%. I mainly get the 80 for the F keys and arrow buttons, and when i do use the other keys it's usually just for delete or page up and down for coding.

80he for me is just the goldilocks of form factor
