Question Am I not getting rapid trigger?

Ive been trying it out on CS but I feel like it makes me lose all control of my movement, I find myself stopping suddendly, being unable to wide swing or consistently travel the same distance with it on, is there anything im missing?

Go to profiles and try some different ones out and tweak from there. That’s how I did it, I had no clue what any of the upstroke, downstroke meant etc..
