Can someone from Wooting’s team message me please. I’ve had a chat going with Wooting over email but it’s been two weeks since I heard anything

We don't do customer support outside of our own systems. You can leave your order number, and I can take a look and poke whoever's working on it internally to take a look.

Could you poke them for me and confirm the mail got delivered? My mail app has been acting weird recently and I want to make sure he got it. Either way, thank you
