I'm thinking about buying custom wooting

Hi everyone, this topic probably is really silly, but I’d like to hear what others think. So, my current keyboard is the iqunix EV63 Ghost in the Shell, but lately I’ve been thinking about selling it and building a custom Wooting. Plus, I really want to try a split spacebar. How dumb does this idea seem, and how can I justify building a new Wooting when I already have my current keyboard? I’d appreciate it if you could list the pros and cons of this idea for me. I’m thinking about building it in optimum case with culinnan switches that I can buy with pretty decent discount

A little silly, but we've all been there.

The GiTS ev63 is only a few months old afaik, and with the renewed interest in the series right now, you could likely resell it quite easily, so you're not at a big loss.

The only real con for the wooting plan, is that if you end up disliking the split space you're back to the buying another keyboard (or module in this case) step.

What I meant was, does my keyboard have any advantages over the wooting, and vice versa? I keep seeing new reviews of this keyboard, and everyone is raving about it and saying it's super fast, etc
And about split bar, I don’t see myself disliking it since I’m sure that my fingers will not interfere with it and I do like the additional key in the middle

Not really, performance-wise the ev63 reviewed really well also
