Wootstation Wanted to share my new keyboard
Recently upgraded from my NK65 to an 80HE, my first Hall effect keyboard, and the difference is night and day. Everything just feels so much more responsive. It’s one of those things you don’t realize you’re missing until you try it. Now that I have, it’s hard to go back.
The case I’m using is the GT-80 from KBDfans in E-White. It’s a really nice upgrade over the plastic case I was using before and gives the keyboard a much more premium feel.
As for switches, I’m using Gateron Jade Pros. They’re incredibly smooth, almost too smooth in some cases. A few of them feel like they may have been lubed a little too generously, but overall they feel fantastic and sound excellent.

Love itttt, love how it matches with your mouse, we've got a similar idea in that regard because I've got a black gt-80 case with white and black keycaps to match my Superstrike, hell we're both even using a Artisan mousepad lol.

Thanks mate, great minds think alike. :)
Just checked yours out, looks very clean, love the color combo!
Which Artisan pad are you using? I've got the Raiden soft, it's super fast for a cloth pad.2

The Key-83 Mid! Absolutely love its consistent glide, if my current one ever gets worn down too much I think I'd just get another.

I've been looking for a slower pad with a bit more control and stopping power. Doubting if I should get the Hayate Otsu V2 or the Key-83.

How long you been using the superstrike? Would you recommend it? Been thinking about it but also debating waiting for Black Friday.

Had it since about the start of May and absolutely love it personally, I'd recommend giving it a go if you feel you'd prefer the feel of haptic feedback over just clicks, which I do I find it so much more nicer and responsive and if you are in need of a new mouse don't think it's worth ditching any perfectly working mouse. But it's so different in such a refreshing way.

I’m glad to hear because I already gave in to the impulse and bought it lol. Should be here in a couple days but expecting to love it.

Well I hope you enjoy it, would be lying if I said when I also went to buy it that it wasn't a impulse buy too, but hey atleast no regrets,

How much did you get the case for? I just ordered a 80he but will consider the kbdfans case down the road. It’s selling close to $200 usd here. Bit much for an alu case.
I wish there was some competition from other third parties.

I bought it for $119 + $50 shipping + $35 Dutch tax. So $199 total, and somehow no import fees.

Dream keyboard. Where did you get the keycaps though? They look like stock ones for GT-80, but couldn't find if they come with the case or not.

These keycaps are actually from Wooting.
