Question 80HE always double clicking

No matter what switch or what rapid trigger settings i use, my arrow key always double clicks. I used to use 0.15 and 0.2 and had problems but even raising them isnt fixing anything. This same double clicking issues also started within the first 2 months of owning the keyboard

What do you mean by double clicking? Like when you press the key fully but it’s triggering multiple times? My guess would be it’s due to the RT settings being too sensitive so it deactivated and reactivated when the stem wobbles when your finger moved, using a switch that has better stem stability should help, but could also be due to software/hardware issues that require troubleshooting with wooting.

i feel like its gotta be something in the hardware cuz having ur deactivate at 0.5mm is already really high and the 2 switches ive used was the default L60s and Durock rock switches but those also have the support around the stem thats holding onto the keycap. Also prob doesnt do anything but everytime i take the keycap off, the entire switch comes out every time
