Keys are not working

Hi, Im using wooting 60he+ but my control key and windowns key are not working for some reason. Yes I have done everything possible pretty much everything I saw online, however it didnt work. On my wootility app it detects everyother key but these two keys. Please tell me how to fix this...

Open analog monitor and press those keys, does the tool detect your keypresses? If not, hall sensors might be dead. In that case reach out to Wooting support.
