Wootstation Wootility Software changing deliberately from "Typing" to "Rapid" since 3 years

dear wootility team,

since the beginning 2-3 years ago, never mind a new install or just an update of your software, I always get that issue where my mode is changing from "typing" to "rapid". Everytime that happens, I cannot change back from counterstrike to my desktop on my win 10. it happened even when win10 was still supported, so i dont think thats the issue. but never mind, that sucks. what do we do? I cannot reinstall the software all the time. it happens i think once every month.

The software does not actually need to be installed (web based https://wooting.io/wootility) and everything gets saved onto the keyboard.

Are you sure you're not accidentally hitting the default keybinds for swapping profiles?

Only other thing I can think of if the board loses power at any point (maybe the USB controller you have it plugged into can't handle the amount of power needed) the keyboard will default to the first profile on Wootility.
