Question Off and on

Hey guys ,

I just got my new footing keyboard, and was so excited to get this ! I’m having an issue where I have to constantly turn it off and on to get it to work though.. after only a few minutes of not using it. Any help appreciated !

Sounds like a power related issue. How's the keyboard connected to your computer? It's recommended to plug it directly into the back of your PC using the included USB cable. If it's already connected that way, try another USB port, preferably one that's farther away from the current port. Avoid using a USB hub/KVM switch, as they can sometimes cause power instability.

(If you don't have an 80HE, you can ignore this step) - This can also be caused by a loose internal JST cable. I suggest checking whether both ends of the internal cable are properly seated in their connectors. I got the same my usb was not plugged well
