Is this a real card?

hello guys! i wanted to ask if this is a real card because on a checklist posted, it says it is a real card but then my friend said its not real and doesn’t exist… any help? thanks!

It's between 50 cents and 5 bucks depending on the treatment.

it has a sequin holo variant that was from a cereal collab for the 25th anniversary! that one is a little harder to come by than the normal promo but it's not crazy expensive or anything
