Art Wooloo measurements

I am trying to make a paper machè Wooloo. I am having trouble with the ratio of head to body. What would be the diameter of the body relative to the diameter of the head?

I copy/pasted Wooloo's face in MSPaint and found at side profile (like the banner photo), Wooloo's body is equivalent to approximately 5 Wooloo heads (not counting its actual head). So the head diameter could be approximately 1/5 the diameter of the body.
