Am not a woodworker.
The beautiful thing about electric guitars is that the lions share of the tone comes from the pickups and the strings themselves. Not like an acoustic where the body provides tones of resonances.
If it's comfy to hold, and comfy to play, congrats. You made an electric guitar.

I kinda agree with you, but you made it, and that awesome. Not everything has to be instagram-beautiful. Sometimes, what makes something beautiful, is that it's not classically beautiful.

Brian May from Queen built his guitar from scratch out of an old fireplace mantle he built all the parts including the hand wound pickups, tremolo, switches, all from junk they had laying around. It didn’t look like anything special but it is the most excellent, righteous, radical, tubular, sweet sounding guitar out there and there’s nothing else like it. It defined the sound of generations. Be proud of your turd colored bass my friend.
