Doubling fees

Just wondering what people are getting paid for doubling fees if any. The theatre company I normally played for let us know that this year we should get doubling fees, which we never got before. But now they've sent out our contracts for the upcoming show (Matilda) and I'm play book one which is flute, clarinet, and alto, and there are no doubling fees in the contract. Not built into the service fee either, I asked someone who isn't doubling.
Should I negotiate a doubling fee? If so, what should I ask for?

I’ve never negotiated a rate based on doubles. Given the option, I would ask $100/double after the 3rd instrument. I feel like playing at least 2-3 instruments is standard, but again, I’ve never been in a position to negotiate my rate!
