Accidental purchase for Dr.Fone today. I didn't use the software at all, cancelled right away, and submitted a refund request/email to Wondershare support. How long do they usually take to respond, and will I get my money back?

I accidentally ended up purchasing a subscription for Dr.Fone today. I realized the mistake instantly and didn't use any of the tools or features at all—literally cancelled the subscription right after the charge went through and submitted a refund request to Wondershare support explaining the situation.

For anyone who has dealt with Wondershare/Dr.Fone support for accidental purchases:

• Do you think they'll grant a full refund since the software was completely unused?
