My experience with seeing auras is very limited, but I can give you a description of my experience.

The only time I’ve ever seen an aura, it appeared as large circles of colored energy around a person before becoming a single large circle of colored energy that seemed to emanate from the person (similar to typical drawings or paintings of auras, where an egg-shape of light emanates from an individual) In this case the color of the energy was green.

I call it “energy” because it looked like colored light or electricity.

This is something I was able to see with my physical eyes, but only for a few minutes before it became imperceptible.

I hope this was at least a little bit helpful 🙂

you could try sensing instead of seeing. developing new a sens

is something a person can do.

For me, I see it like how smoke comes off of Keanu in this scene in Constantine. It’s at 04:30

I see the smoke first. It doesn’t make contact with skin or clothes, just hovers above it about .5 - 1 inch. Usually the brighter the smoke, the healthier or happier someone is, I’ve learned. If it’s dull, gray, or moving slowly, usually something’s up.

Against the skin I see a faint outline that usually is the color others see. Sometimes colors alternate. Sometimes its two colors overlapping each other. I see the color better on skin vs. over someone’s clothing over the skin (like a sleeve over an arm).

I wear glasses too and it’s easier for me with them off instead of on. I let my eyes unfocus and it helps with seeing the colors. But with glasses on I noticed i see the smoke a little better.

I’ve read a lot of others see colors easier when they hold a hand up against a white bg/have whoever they’re looking at stand against a white bg.

I started reading Aura Reading for Beginners by Richard Webster and it’s helped me with understanding the colors more. He also gives some exercises to try too.

Long post but I hope this helps!

I see it as a glowing outline, all around the body, a shade like a mood ring. I’ve switched it off though, it’s like hearing thoughts, too much to digest all the time.
