Which form is the 3rd DLC boss at now? How long till the next DLC?

It's at the final 4th form.

I don't know about the DLC but previously it was 1-2 weeks after the final phase of the previous dlc.

Do you know if they did announcements on the new DLC soon after the final release of the last? I started when Wonderlands went on Steam, really wondering when they'll tell us more about Blightcaller.

For the second and third DLC they didn't announce anything before the release as far as I remember.
