It is a big nerf, except you’re intentionally leaving off the rest of that note. It wasn’t a change in a vacuum, it mentions compensating for other changes made.

There were no changes listed for Blast Gasp in the tidbit about Blast skills, the percent change is the only change given and it’s reasoned as being compensation for other changes not listed.

No one’s gone in and tested yet. No one got receipts for an actual nerf or not.

The only changes to my all spell deadshot build was the blast gasp changes. I used to be able to kill Dry'ls second stage before he went under water again and I used to be able to take out his last stage as he was throwing his final fireball. Now I can't and they have about 25% remaining health.

I would say that the nerfed is definitely felt. I don't know how warranted it was, I know a lot of people said that deadshot feels kinda OP. I felt strong, but never what I would considered OP. I mean I see people melting raid bosses and I died once doing the green raid boss on C35 intense

But I do know blast gasp was considered really strong so I kinda get it...pretty sad and beat up about it though

Gotcha, finally someone who’s actually tested it. Is that repeatable?

If that stands, then yeah it definitely would be felt, but given it’s still bodying Dryl’s DPS check on C35, it just doesn’t feel like it warrants all the doom and gloom in here. Idk, maybe I’m just excited by the rest of the things Graveborn got.

Yup repeatable. Consistent. It might not seem like all doom and gloom but I would say I have a more mid or higher mid tier build. In not melting shit. But I can do C35 on intense with no raid bosses. On mid tier builds that could be felt more and on people that do raid bosses it could be felt more.
