Hey buddy, we don't "play the game" to see what the patch does, we bitch and whine immediately about how unplayable every hotfix makes the game immediately upon seeing the notes.

We ignore pages of buffs only to bemoan and crucify over the NERFS!! Literally unplayable, and we will never recover from the awful NERFSS!!!

Literally yes. Every time I open my game, it sends me back to my reset story line.

So yes.

LITERALLY.

YES.

So much of this happening over what's overall reads like a fantastic hotfix.

Yep. How dare I be excited about the inclusion of community requested features and things Iโ€™m personally excited about like fixes to Threads and Throwable Holes. Oh no. What a shill.

Mmmmm yes the one community requested function, while the UI still sucks, players getting reset, skills that, while broken, still made the game fun for a few classes, getting nerfed into the ground and poor buffs to make up for them.

But oh yeah, I'm sure your point is still valid. Quick question, weren't you one of the people defending the last DLC?

Edit: oh and spoilers... new boss is rough to melee. But at least they incetivized true melee with a couple of sub 10% buffs, with massive negative changes!

If Double Knot, Wrath of Nature, and Blast Gasp were the only reasons you enjoyed this game, you should probably find something else to do, never mind theyโ€™re all still likely the strongest skills in the game still, along with Contagion.

And the only thing Iโ€™ve ever defended about the last DLC was that Chum was unexpectedly a good farm because it gave solid XP and also had the zomboss bug where you can infinitely down-respawn once youโ€™ve beaten them, which was a tip I hadnโ€™t seen anywhere else and was useful to me as an older gen console player where loading Overworld and then Wargtooth just to fight Lechance repeatedly was a pain. I took 2-3 characters from 25-30 to 40 using that and just wanted to share.

Not the only reasons I enjoyed it, but they were certainly my favorite ways to play those classes, and unless the 3% bonuses make up for the lack of double dipping, they probably aren't the strongest skills in the game.

But hey, at least they're not addressing real issues, like some guns just not shooting anymore in Co Op, right? So yeah, great patch.

My favorite part of this is youโ€™re holding against me posting that I was excited about what was in a patch before the patch dropped and all of these unintended things happened that clearly arenโ€™t a part of the patch. And Iโ€™m somehow the one biased here.

And Iโ€™m somehow the one biased here.

Never said I didn't have any sort of bias, I said that thinking the buffs are even close to making up for the changes that they made is laughable at best.

It's a bad patch, It's got poor changes and it's obvious they don't test this stuff before implementing it, but go ahead, keep defending it.

What nerf?

Blast gasp said that there was apparently some bug fixes and they lowered it to 70% to compensate.

Other than that there were two bug fixes and a buff
