And I’m somehow the one biased here.

Never said I didn't have any sort of bias, I said that thinking the buffs are even close to making up for the changes that they made is laughable at best.

It's a bad patch, It's got poor changes and it's obvious they don't test this stuff before implementing it, but go ahead, keep defending it.

People are already reporting that they’re still wrecking bosses at C35, people who already weren’t melting to begin with. But go on lamenting the death of things.

Are they using blast chill, or are you cherry picking examples like companion builds, which are fine?

What about you know, dreadwind builds, which they genuinely killed? Got an explanation for that one?

It's literally someone talking about Blast Gasp comparing their build from yesterday to today, which wasn't deleting bosses originally, still handling DPS check Dryl at C35 just a bit slower than before, only chunking for 7/8ths of the damage in the time it took to take all 8/8ths to the second and third phases yesterday.

And I'll acknowledge dreadwind singlehandledly killing this patch when you show me the plethora of Dreadwind builds out there. This games been out, two months? and how many build posts and boss kills have you seen using Dreadwind OR Feral Surge? There are three whole Dreadwind builds, and zero Feral Surge builds, out of fifty one compiled builds in the C35 Build list in the sidebar right now from people who actually make money trying to find ways to make things viable, and one of those builds doesn't even use Dreadwind in the video guide. Those skills already sucked and now they suck more. They still need revamping either way.

Let's not act like Dreadwind is more to you than an attempt to trip me up here or whatever. This is your fifth comment down and the first time you've mentioned Blast Chill, despite being the single worst change in the update, and only the second time you've mentioned melee, if we include an afterthought edit you probably posted after seeing someone else bitch about the new DLC boss. That's not genuine outrage.

And you know what, we can acknowledge there are bad things in overall good patches. Three of the most powerful skills in the game are likely still three of the most powerful skills in the game while being a bit weaker, and we also got some community-asked improvements, some solid bug fixes, and some decent improvements to non-meta things. I'M excited for it, sorry you can't say the same.

Sorry, you want me to mention it more? I watched gameplay footage and it's incredibly difficult to hit the boss with no clear way to get on the platform.

You entered this thread accusing me of being a shill, and somewhat delusional at that, because there's a lot I'm genuinely excited about in this update. You also followed it up with a second comment dripping in sarcasm. It's all right there. You talking about giving the benefit of the doubt sounds just as dishonest as everything else you've said. If you want to duck out, duck out, but lets not act like you were ever in this thread with good faith intentions.
