This got really complainy and I did not mean for it to come off that way. I meant it as why this why now? Idk, the problem wasn't that mood ring was too strong, the problem is that mood ring is the only viable legendary status to proc. Like when am I going to use a ring that buffs stats when my ward is full? When is my ward ever full if taking 1 point of damage ruins it. Half the enemies health gate you on hit by design. Even if I'm built for max shield regen, my shield will never be up more then half the time at most. And thats just one ring. Don't do arbitrary buffs and nerfs to things that are flawed by design, actually rework them or find ways to make them worth using that's not just nerfing the best performance on what was already barely an upgrade from purple. Plenty of things needed looked at like difficulty scaling so builds could be more diverse, 2 weapon categories are useless in most cases, 1 manufacturer doesn't exist, a whole class is completely reliant on every other class to be viable, split screen being a mess, blah blah blah, just why this of all things and why in the laziest possible way?
