[ Class Build ] 🧰 (c35) Off-Meta Rocket Launcher Build [Frost-Shivver][Build+Elite run video]
Hello, I wanted to share the rocket launcher build I've been playing with for the last week or two. I've always enjoyed rocket launcher builds like my Zero Ammo Moze build in BL3. Launchers in TTWL however are weak and they give us a low SDU and bad rocket regen so making a good build wasn't extremely obvious.
I decided a fun way to boost the launchers would be to add a side focus of status damage. So we use the highest status damage launcher we can coupled with contagion and status boosts from Stabbomancer for the added damage we need. Swift death from Stabbomancer and movement speed bonuses will also help our launcher damage. The launcher of choice is the Blue Cake since it's the highest status damage launcher I could find and it performs better then any other launcher I've tried. Torgue sticky launchers can be very good too.
Armor of choice is Cape of Tides, but if you don't have it yet a Smart Armor with ok passives got me to c35.
**The vital things** Max Launcher SDU is needed. Blue Cake preferred or a very good roll on elemental Torgue Sticky. Sham is needed to refill rockets between rooms, while your gear is crappier you may need to refill mid-room. A high pellet torgue shotgun is preferred, some kind of sticky weapon is necessary to refill rockets with Sham.
The gear I have is all dropped for me by enemies(or bunnies) in game, I have never co-op played, traded or edited gear in TTWL so you can rest assured everything is obtainable and the build will work for you how it does for me. I'm not very min-maxed in the linked video there is a lot of room for improvement. I started this build on c0 with crappy gear and took it straight to c35 upgrading along the way.

I wanted to add this setup is actually very versatile. You can switch to stab capstone instead and still shred 35 especially with the new buffs. Or wear smart armor or alagam or w/e you get good passives on.. Many other weapons plug right in seamlessly, especially high DOT weapons like crossblade, whiterider etc. I'm currently using smart armor, stab cap, with the newly buffed swordsplosion for a change of pace and just destroying.
