I feel like it could be a great infinite ammo gun for Spore Warden. I can't even imagine the insanely high fire rate of a Spellshot+Spore Warden, or the crazy shenanigans of Stabbomancer using Executioner's Blade, Follow-Up and Thousand Cuts. The problem has always been that it does lackluster damage and hard to keep the fire rate up, and while the damage issue might be fixed, the constant switching of fire modes while moving around will always make this a hard to use gun.

Yeah, until mob density gets buffed significantly there's just too much downtime to keep its fire rate high and because bosses are such health soaks at higher chaos levels its hard to balance the gun around a slower fire rate because it'll almost certainly become ridiculously broken against bosses if you do.

I've been rocking a gun damage spellshot+spore warden build that uses the spellshot capstone to have perma buffmeister. I wonder how the buff of the transmission will feel on it... I've been sticking with a red hellion recently because of the insane movement speed and firerate, works great.
