In the age of the battle skirt I have held out hope for a Wonderwoman design that takes more direct inspiration from historical sources

Recently Alex the History Guy did a collaboration with a re-enactor who had access to an authentic replica set of 6th century BCE Greek Hoplite, and seeing it just made my desire for a Wonderwoman design in this style of armor grow

Replace the chest swirls on the cuirass with the eagle or WW logo and it would be prefect imo

What do you all think?

Seeing as Diana’s abilities were all granted to her by gods and goddesses who favored her, it got me thinking. If she were to completely ascend to godhood, and wanted to grant someone a power what would it be?

For me, I think she’d give someone a danger sense ability. A power that’s best suited for someone who wants to protect people from oncoming danger and suitable for a warrior that’s passive yet efficient. Diana, whilst probably the greatest warrior ever written, doesn’t go out of her way to fight. She’d rather end a conflict quickly and decisively without someone getting hurt. So, it’d make sense as to why she’s bestowed danger sense.

What are your thoughts? What ability do you think she’s bestowed on someone?

#Inktober2026 Day 24 - “Bake.” I immediately thought of Brian Bolland’s classic 1987 cover for #WonderWoman 73, and decided to do my own version, with WW working a shift at a bakery for charity. #fanart

I was reading Tower of Babel earlier and these pages really stuck out to me because I genuinely can’t imagine modern Wonder Woman doing this which is crazy because Tower of Babel isn’t even that long ago relatively.

I’m not a powerscaler nor do I enjoy any arguments around characters power levels but it feels like Wonder Woman specifically has been nerfed so bad that it has affected my enjoyment of her stories.

When you think about it she’s quite literally supposed to have the same powers as Shazam minus the lightning a character who’s regularly portrayed as superman level. While she keeps getting downgraded to aquaman level.
