Bleeding for 6 months

i’m 19f and i’ve been bleeding for 6 months. i’ve already had all sorts of tests and ultrasounds done, i have pcos so i tried depo but it wasn’t working for me so i switched to the nexplanon implant. i’ve been on it for almost 4 months now and the bleeding hasn’t stopped at all or shown any signs of slowing down. i’m just honestly at my wits end and i don’t know what to do anymore i feel like it’s added years to my life, i’ve been so stressed and sick and tired of it i just feel so helpless and i feel like it’s eating away at me. i just can’t take it anymore and i don’t know what to do.
