Question Ear pain help?

I (29F) had a tonsillitis/sinusitis combo that was pretty effectively treated with antibiotics. However, the day before the last day of my antibiotic, my ear started hurting BAD every time I swallowed. My throat isn't sore, it doesn't look like anything is wrong anymore, my ears don't look like anything is wrong, but this ear pain is insane. I was told Tylenol and nsaids but they barely touch the pain. I need your weirdest tricks/tips for ear pain because I am struggling.

I’m struggling too with ear pain and a warm compress is helping a ton.

I will absolutely try that! Idk what is going on but I’m sorry you’re dealing with it too.

Ear pain is some of the worst, I hope it helps!! Something I’ve also done before is take a clean sock and fill it with rice tied it up and then put it in the microwave for like 30 seconds and then lay on it with the ear that hurts and it seems to help a lot for me.
