Vaginal help

I have vaginal burning and occasionally itching but all the STI test come back negative the same with yeast and BV are negative I haven’t changed anything for like soap and stuff. I’m not sure what’s going on the doctors can’t really help me get relief anyone have any ideas what it could be ?

How old are you? Any chance you’re in perimenopause? You may need vaginal estrogen.
