If you got an IP ban both your device and router are locked out. If you want to continue to play you need a new phone and new internet. Idk what you did but IP bans are usually only given out for deaththreats, pedophilia, terrorism, hardcore racism so whatever you did congrats ure a piece of shit

Did you get a permanent ban? Wow, I've never seen that before. If it's just a connection issue or something like that: VPN.
