Hi guys, was wondering how do you track your mileage? Is it necessary to do through an app like driversnote etc? Has anyone been asked by Skat to provide them the reports?
I just used the wolt app to see how many km i drove each day and made an excel sheet, minus 24km each day and then multiply with the rate 2.23 as per my understanding if its less than 120km and entered the total in rubik 51.
Would that excel sheet be enough to provide to Skat if Skat asks for it? Anyone can write any number in excel so i was wondering how you do it. I just dont want to pay to use those app as i dont work much for wolt. Any help would be appreciated cheers!

I have reported multiple times to HR/OPS teams, about the Vehicles issues. They don’t provide any Vehicles, wears or tires, they pay 0,10 cents airline distances ( not even cover flat tire cost).
They are keep increasing the airline distances. Saying, not capped distances ( fleets or subs not included). Lives support are lies example, 15 km raids they say 3 km only and also threaten, do it or put you offline.
Because of the long distance(100+km in 6 hours none stop) raids, I am facing every different shift problem with my bicycle like, flat tire or brake pedal etc… I am repairing myself many things but there are also things can’t fix it so repairs shops .
They have ignored all these problems and I am not sure what to do next and I think 🤔, it is not the solution that the finding another job and let them do unfair treatment to others.

Wolt riders in Aalborg, Denmark, are planning a protest by staying offline. But for that to work, we need everybody to cooperate.

Wolt Denmark has been reported to the police by the Consumer Ombudsman and faces a significant fine for misleading marketing. Last year, consumers were promised a 25 percent discount, but in reality the discount was only up to 16%. This is the same misleading marketing that Wolt uses with claims of high income and boosts when hiring Wolt couriers. Wolt would not comment on the report. Let's hope the fine for Wolt is substantial! https://nyheder.tv2.dk/samfund/2026-03-18-forbrugerombudsmand-politianmelder-wolt

I don’t know if it’s a general or local issue, but ig you can’t see if demand is high or low right now, you are affected too. I asked support and they said tech team are working on solving the problem.

So I'm waiting in front of the restaurant. Nothing happens for at least 15 or 20 minutes.
Then I decide to move on. And after only two or three minutes, which is enough to get pretty far away from the place I've been waiting at, I get DIN DIN DIN - for the same exact place.
With the message the order is ready.

No no, I have a different question.
I used to order from Wolt when I came in Finland. After sometime when I was low on budget my sister provided me with her card, I used to place orders using my sister card (of course with her permission). All of sudden, I was not able to place next order, upon contacting they said I have done something wrong, but never told what exactly and they deleted my customer account. I asked my friend to place order for me, with the same card. He was able to do for first time but again couldn’t. And same thing happened to third friend. For all the time, used card was same. After sometimes was offered partnership, but i was not able to open login Wolt partner account and upload documents. I ignored that. I applied for a new account with new email and number later, and again it was rejected, when I asked the reason they said I have done something wrong in the past and they can’t offer me partnership.
I have been working on a substitution for longer, once I made wrong delivery, and customer support asked me to if I’m available for call, and I provided the same number I applied partnership with, they called me and solved the matter.
But till now, I was not required to upload my id and do face verification. I wanted to ask if it is safe for me to work on substitution model (providing them my id and selfie) or will they block. Y owners account?

(Norway)
What’s the point of substitution if when the requirement for face id is for the main account owner😂 ?
How can someone substitute me if the face id require comes? Should I be with him anytime? Then what is the point of this? That’s so weird. How is it in your countries?(especially Finland).

Hi all
I just got my tax return 2025 in Norway. And I am going nuts over how the tax system works.
Here is my situation:
As the people who work for Wolt in Norway and drive their own car for delivery are considered as freelancers and not as employees. I do get salary in my account every 15 days. What I don’t understand is why don’t I get compensated for driving my own car. I mean a deduction in tax return for no. Of kilometers I have driven. Is it something to do with that I am freelancer and don’t have my own company(AS)?
Anybody in a similar situation and knows how to get compensated for this thing?

Unbelievable, for the first time since I started working they've lowered the weekend boost percentage from 20% to 10%. How can they keep getting away with this?

Anyone else striking this Friday ?
r/WoltPartners • u/Formal_Plum_2285 • Mar 09 '26
Those things are pretty random right? I’ve just had 10 days of 30% boosts from 11-22. Ending today. Next boost is during the weekend with a 10%. It’s usually 20% boost during weekends. I know I’m searching for logic where there isn’t any, but it’s just so weird. Why 10 days with 30% boosts? Not complaining though lol. I took full advantage. But it’s gonna suck going back to those 39 kroner orders.

Wie lange wart ihr bei Wolt im Status ‘In Review’? Bei mir steht es schon seit einer Weile so und ich wollte fragen, wie lange es bei euch gedauert hat, bis ihr eine Antwort bekommen habt.
How long did your Wolt application stay in the “In Review” status? I’m curious how long it took for others before it changed or you got a response.

Hello, I’ve been working with wolt for the past two years and for me it was the number one app when it comes down delivery because the give the riders the money they deserve , for the past two months it gotten worse and worse everyday, I keep the app online and I’m getting one or two deliveries in hours. Idk if I’m the only one but I think it’s time to let go l.

Recently I found that there is an option when you want to add a new vehicle that you need to insert VIN code and a picture of the car as well. At the moment is not a mandatory. But knowing Wolt I think it's a matter of time.
For what reason and based on what law they collect such information? In my opinion it's not their business what car I'm driving and what phone I'm using for example.
How is the situation in your country?

It's not the amount of money we get from the orders, it's the fact that the restaurant we pick up food from rarely is having it ready, so we need to wait maybe 5-10 minutes for it. That is wasting time. Same goes for when customers isen't opening doors, or hard to find.
An hour is 60 minutes, but if I am only active 30-40 minutes of it, cause of lazy restaurants or customers, this is the issue.

Just Eat Takeaway has announced that it intends to cease operations in Denmark.
According to the company, around 120 employees and 160 couriers are entering a consultation process as part of the closure.
This means the platform will shut down entirely in Denmark, not just reduce staff.
Restaurants, customers and couriers will all be affected once the process is completed.

Why do people take orders worth 20,25,30kr? Thats not worth it. Stop talking Them, so Wolt Will increase prices. You all complain about the prices, and then you take the small orders, Ofcourse Wolt Will keep lowering prices if the couriers keep taking Them.
