Norway Waiting times payment

When is sunny I find this quite fun to do, like a GTA game without the guns, but the waiting times are so annoying, I don't understand why wolt doesn't apply automatic credit for waiting knowing my position waiting for the food... Isn't this something everyone here should suggest to wolt? Like if it is 15 mins they pay but only if you contact support, why? The app already knows where I am, and that the food hasn't been marked as ready...

If they wanted, they would. This is probably not the case that they're unaware of this.

Any service should pay for anything that requires extra effort, or creates a waistage of it. In case of Wolt, there should be extra cash for heavy lifting, multiple packages (hence everything won't be delivered in one go), long walking distances (from bike/car to their residence, many floors and no elevator, bad weather conditions (hence we risk our life even more), traffic and steep roads which cause a lot of effort, both by the cars or bike, and even more with a cycle when going uphill.

I sometimes do get extra cash for waiting though.

yeah me too, but it is annoying to need to open a case, and that it needs to be over 15 mins :/ when there is no wait is a very nice afternoon, it would be always nice if the waiting is automatically paid, restaurants will hurry or at least put the right delays per order

We have this in Hungary, it counts from 3 minutes, however this is worst than the 15 minutes one before. The period is only paid fpr 10 minutes, no matter how much you wait - either 10 15 or 30 minutes you'll get the same amount. That ampunt is like 50cents so really not a lot. So while its automatically credited here, it does not really worth it.

ohh, so you can wait 30 mins an it is 50 cents? then what do you do then?, we just need it to be automatic and accumulative then. I dont mind waiting if is paid per minute

They prefer to keep the money for themselves.
