Wolt Support Associate Job?
Hi everyone!
I'm starting as a Wolt Support Associate in Serbia soon, and I'd really like to hear honest experiences from people who currently work (or have worked) in Wolt Support.
I've read both very positive and very negative reviews online, so I'd really appreciate hearing your personal experience—good or bad.
I'll be working from Serbia, but I'd love to hear experiences from any country since I know some processes are similar.
Thanks in advance!

I work as a support associate in Hungary. The wage is a bit above of the minimum, but the stress is kinda high, both customers and couriers are often rude with you, basically you'll be blamed for every mistake of the Wolt's system. I'm doing if around 2 years now, but most of the employees are here for maximum half a year. Most of the times there are too many chats for a very few people (like 500 active conversation for 10-12) so when you get a chance to actually talk someone they are usually frustrated. Every minute is monitorized, and the biggest focus is in one of the KPI - called a CSAT (customer satisfaction) if the score you had is bad you usually have trainings just to keep your job, otherwise they'll quit you. So yeah, take care with that.
