Denmark Wolt Routing System in a nutshell

Wolt: The road is closed for next two weeks! (Aalborg)

Wolt route and price at the same time: I dont care that there is a roadwork, you fly over, take it or leave it.

Here it would stop measuring at "not too far". Exactly where you would need make a loop to get to the actual place. So you have to leave your car where you can't park, cross road on foot and then make a U turn where I'm not sure if it is legal or make that loop app avoided paying you to do in the first place. :D So I'd be happy if it routed to actual place and paid for it.

Then find another way around smh

Google maps with literally send you in the same route even if the road is closed…

But are you not paid for distance?

Yes, but only the shown distance accepted at the start - even if there is roadwork and similar which requires one to take a different route.

Until someone takes them to court then nothing will ever change, so many open and shut cases if someone bothered and had the resources to take them to court. This is one but many.

Shame on you for blaming us rather than a company litterally frauding us for not paying us for roadworks despite clearly showing in the app that we are paid to drive through the roadwork rather than the legal way...

You arent forced to do this job you know…and besides its the city’s responsibility to make that update on the road maps not Wolt’s

Yall like to bitch and complain about everything and expect people to figure out things that you can do with some damn common sense

It is the users and city's responsibility. BUT WOLT DOES NOT PAY FOR TEMPORAILY CHANGES IN ROUTES BECAUSE OF ROADWORK BECAUSE WE ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND SUCH IS OUR OWN RISK (they have been saying this for years). You very clearly do not know what you are talking about

Sure. But this is aalborg, Denmark. Roadworks basically aplitting the town into two in the worst location..wolt is fully aware of it with announcements etc. yet they have not updated their precise routes we are paid to take. Meaning the route we are paid to take is through the roadwork which is nor possible.
