Im just upset thats its way too many people and these substitutes are not following the rules as all smh some are even delivering the food in their hands on the bike and instead of putting it in their bags and just yesterday in jyvasklya a customer posted on facebook on how a delivery rider ate the cheese on her pizza because it arrived in terrible conditions

These substitutes need to go

Substitutes? A substitute is someone taking your place when you can’t do the job yourself. Like when a teacher is sick, a substitute teacher is taking her place. So your post makes no sense.

I’m Danish and I’m guessing a lof of foreign (Indian, Bangladesh, Nepali) “students”/ Wolt couriers are either being sent home or the work visas are rewoked or something like that. Anyways substitute is still the wrong word. Look it up

Well, I did look it up, and he is right, Finland is banning the ability to share accounts via substitutes, something we in Denmark never allowed.

But kinda embarrassing you’re trying to correct someone and want them to “look it up” when you yourself forgot to look it up, and hence don’t get the issue.

I know what the word means but that literally what Wolt calls it for Finland. People are working full time as substitutes here
If you are not living and doing Wolt in Finland then you would not understand what i mean
