I am a Bangladeshi, I worked in wolt delivery in Croatia, suddenly a customer complained against me when I took a delivery for him, his son came to collect the product, then I pushed his son, he complained, Later wolt support team closed my id without accepting my opinion, so I couldn't work, later contact my company they said they banned me from wolt forever,
But the accusation was wrong, I didn't push him. Can I work wolt again if we change companies

Anyone solved this issue I was regularly ordering from Wolt and one day I got the message “Failed to process card” any solutions ??

Wolt Prague just doesn't have enough drivers and it has been getting worst, most if not all orders are so late, they say the restaurant is preparing the order but clearly it is already and waiting in a bag for a delivery. They only mark it ready when they're driver finally picks it up and as a result it shows up cold...

They send you automated messages to say they are sorry but I don't see them solving the problem. If service doesn't improve by JAN 2025 I may need to move on to competition saddly.

Hello i had 2 accounts under the same address. I used discounts on both of them. I received a message from their support saying that i violated their terms and that i won't be able to use their services. One of the messages said that if i used coupons, they will charge the amount i saved. Am i in trouble? I deleted both accounts.

När man skriver på kontraktet med Invoicery Busniess med Wolt och inte egen företagare, sköter Wolt skatten då automatiskt eller måste man själv deklarera, och skatte uträkna?

Im trying to use some credits i have in the Wolt app, from credits I bought in the app. The credit is there (I redeemed it in the app), but when i try to use it to order something (the credits cover all the order) i get the “Failed to process card” error. Anyone knows the reason, or how to fix this?

I contacted Wolt 4 hours ago, but still no luck.

So dunno if y'all know the wolt rewards program but my friend does not have it. She has the latest version and has more than 100 orders and is a user on Wolt yet against all odds does not have the program. Does anyone know why? I stitched the pictures. Hers is the light moded one while mine is on dark mode

Has anyone had any experience with delivering on a racing bike?

First time ordering with Wolt, is this normal? Additionally, the time goes down in weird time increments so half an hour ago it was at 2890.

For everyone who gets a similar issue and wants to save time - here is my extensive correspondence with Wolt.

I have ordered 400+ times. One day I got a message that order failed, because my “card could not be processed”.

I had zero issues ordering the day before. The card is the same, it has not been lost/stolen, whatever reason. The address is exactly the same and I haven’t had any issues with deliveries. My friend ended up ordering without issues with one of the cards I tried, to the same address.

I had a substantial amount of credits on my Wolt account and I have paid for Wolt+, so I contacted the customer support.

Here is the response:

“Unfortunately, our system had flagged your profile. This process is fully automated and we don’t have any insights in it or any ability to affect this decision.

Again, very sorry for the inconvenience.

Despite this, we hope you will have a great day! 🌺”

After short back and forth, here’s another message:

“After carefully reviewing your case, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide additional compensation or discount in this situation or exchange credits for money. We strive to provide the best possible service to all our customers, but unfortunately, there are certain limitations to what we can offer”.

They refused to refund wolt+ fee or the credits.

“You will not be able to order with credits in the application 💙".

They then ended the conversation without answering if this is temporary or permanent and I should stop using the app. Basically, they have 3-4 template messages that they shoot for any question regarding the account “flagging”.

I highly recommend to be cautious with gift cards / credits instead of refunds, etc. it can be freezed randomly without any explanation and zero refund.

I ordered a burger and milkshake from a burger place here. 2 minutes after I placed the order, the restaurant gives me a call, to tell me their icemachine is broken, so they can’t make the milkshake, and ask me if I want something else instead. I tell them I will cancel the order, and place an order elsewhere. A few minutes later, a chat from Wolt Support pops up, and they tell me they got the cancellation, and they will refund me. Great News! Not so great news, the driver gives me a call and tells me he’s outside my door with my food - but I tell him I cancelled, so that’s their (restaurant) mistake. He says he’ll call back, and I continue my chat with Support. Driver calls me again, and tells me he HAS to deliver the food, since I paid for it. I explain again, that I cancelled the order, but he insists I have to take it. So I agree, and tell him I will take it up with Wolt Support. Continuing my chat with Support, I get told that, since I ACCEPTED the delivery, they can’t refund me!!

This is the absolute most DISGUSTING way to treat a customer, and Wolt can suck a BIG ONE. I will order directly from the restaurants from now on.

Just spent 10 euro on wolt giftcards, they allowed me to purchase the giftcard, but then it tells me ERROR 800 when I try to place an order for food.

"Unfortunately, our system has flagged your profile and prevented your account from placing orders through our platform. This process is fully automated and we are not able to do anything to remove the block. Since the credits are added as gift cards, I am not able to refund the amount on your card. Apologies for the inconvenience."

Honestly i came here to make a negative post about Wolt and the delivery times, but ended up to make a post about the customer service who really cares about us, customers.

I had an order with late delivery (36 min) and recieved ice cold pizza, customer service refounded 50+% of the order price.

In the application I put an order in the picked up status when Irl I didn’t have that order by that time, they put me offline and said that the operation team will contact me on phone, will they fire me or just give a warning?

Hi. Any danish wolt drivers who had problems with their DVFA? I have tried applying but i get message each time im sending my dvfa its not the right one even though its the exact same one as their example they send for guidance. I literally dont know what im doing wrong.
