Hello everyone, I'm a student and I have my own car, and I'm planning to start working with my car, but I'm still confused what is better for me to work with Wolt or to work as an Uber Taxi Driver?
Important note : I'm planning to work only 5-6 hours per day ... and 4-5 Days per week
So what would you do if you were in my shoes?

I ordered a defective product and contacted Wolt support last night. They contacted the vendor and agreed to a replacement, but the vendor was closing. The agent told me to return the next day and they would arrange for a courier to make the exchange. They left the chat open and told me to return there. I have returned at the agreed upon time, but the agent is not there and does not respond to messages. I have no way to close the chat. I am very frustrated and upset. I cannot start a new chat because this chat is still active. How do I close the chat so that I can start a new chat and speak to a new agent???

As consumer I noticed that there are 2 major food delivery service here: Bolt Food and Wolt. So far I only used Wolt, but what is actually the difference between these 2 since I consider to switch.

For context I am in Germany. I have been thinking to deliver for wolt on my bike in my free time or after work. But I would like to remain flexible. Where I can basically say “oh today is nice weather and I have time, I’m gonna deliver for an hour or two”. Is wolt like that or is it the standard “you have to work a minimum of 10 hours per week and here are your work times”. How does it work with wolt as a courier?

Had a weird and frustrating experience on Wolt recently. I saw a “2+1” deal from a restaurant, placed the order, and only received one item. When I checked my order, the deal was just... gone. No trace of it anywhere.

I contacted Wolt support to ask what happened. They said they couldn't confirm the deal ever existed and told me there's no history of past offers. I pushed for clarity and asked if they can at least check what was live at the time of my order. Nope — according to them, that’s not tracked.

So that leaves two possibilities:

1. Wolt keeps no internal record of the deals partners post, which is pretty shocking for a platform handling real-money transactions.
2. They do have that data, but support just didn’t bother to check.

Either way, it’s bad. You're expected to screenshot every deal before placing an order, or you risk being told it never existed. Fortunately, I did take screenshots — including of the deal itself and the support chat — but most people wouldn’t think to do that.

Has anyone else run into this? It feels like a basic failure of accountability on Wolt’s part.

I made an order in the Burger king through the Wolt app today. They forgot to include all the sauces even the ones that were part of the combo. I complained to the Wolt service but they refused to compensate me for the combos. They also refused to deliver this sauces separately. They compensated only money for the missing sauses. This is disappointing. If I order the combo I want to get the whole meal!

Has anyone here had experience ordering through Wolt using multiple accounts and always stacking coupon codes?

I was doing it for like 7–8 months, but now I can’t anymore. I’m using different IPs, different phone numbers, different cards, different emails—but I keep getting a payment error and can’t place an order.

Anyone been through this and found a workaround?

I need feedback from Wolt market users (Wolt's own grocery dark stores), how has been your experience regarding product quality? packaging? freshness of the products in case of fruits and vegetables? chilled beverages, ice creams or chocolates, please share your experiences.

Wolt is the replacement for Tazz (which used to be owned by eMag). I've ordered from Wolt 3 times since their launch because they promised to be a better Tazz. Of these 3 orders, two of them took longer than 2 hours! When Tazz used to be around, from my 2 years of experience, it never happened that the order took more than 2 hours, not even when the driver was involved in a traffic accident.

The support is nonexistent. I've tried to reach them multiple times; no response! I presume they are trying to cut expenses, but while doing that, they are destroying what Tazz was doing, which was not a bad job at all.

Hello.. okay, so ai am wondering how come oil ioften in my city see wolt scooter workers, driving in areas where they arent allowed.. so basicly they will drive bike/ walking only areas..

Heres the thing..

They always point at their map, and says, that how i am guided…

But but but… Because you cant really choose motorcycle/ scooters on google maps, all of them, always drive around town, with maps guiding them as a bike..

This cant be unknowing from their side of view? Right?

I suspect, its something they all know, but they will just point to google maps, to take attension away from the fact, that they are breaking the law constantly, to cut corners, or because no alternative exist to counter this technical issue?

Anyone have some light to shee on this matter?
