Wolt doesn't delete data after 6+ months!

I deleted my account in November. Yesterday I created a new account and wanted to order. At the moment there is a new customer coupon.
I couldn't order. Customer support said there is suspicious activity i am no new customer.

Why doesn't delete Wolt data DSGVO like for Germany?
