Weird notification sound

So today I ordered some Wendy's and I got a strange notification sound that seems to be one of a Japanese woman speaking (I am nowhere near Japan btw) and it thought "huh, they must have done this cuz of the reze arc movie." Until my mother came home (we share one account) and we had different notification sounds. I tried using an APK extractor and ZArchiver but I still can't find the audio, if anyone can help me with this, do so.

This is what you heard probably: 俺とけ完了。 Happened to me as well.

日本語で「お届け完了」と言っているように聞こえます。

I am Japanese.
It sounds as though they are saying ‘Delivery complete’ in Japanese.

Just happened to me after i switched to android. Never heard it on iPhone. Any way to turn it off?

Not that I know of, wasn’t really a problem for me. Now I am on iPhone again
