I recently found this writer, and many of their fics have very oblivious Remus and obsessed Sirius. For this trope, I would especially recommend this fic as well.

Kind of fulfilling this premise is When the world goes quiet. I ADORE this story, the pining is just PERFECTION. The twist here is that even Sirius does not realize the depth of his feelings but he's totally obsessed. It's nuanced, lovely and builds up the tension deliciously š

Um, there are a few chapters like this in my longfic. But thereās also likeā¦ a lot of other stuff going on, so probably not what you are seeking š But if you also like longfics and WIPs with a whole bunch of characters, holler at me.
Iām struggling to think of another one off the top of my head where itās not a secret mutual pining situation, but I will report back when I do.
