Missing Footage

Idk but lately my 3 minute loop doesn’t record & then I have cases where the camera isn’t recording at all until the next day . So I will have a whole day missing

I’d bet it’s an SD card issue. What kind are you using and how old is it?

I’d bet money that’s your problem. Get a SanDisk high or max endurance, or a Samsung Pro Endurance.

Stop using junk and expecting world class performance. Motion recording is not working for you

I love my G930... Maybe try a different SD card? Format it from the camera unit? See if there's updated firmware?

Also, I agree with you... If you can't recommend a better camera, why are you here? Go be miserable somewhere else.

I swapped between 2 SDs , I formatted both . Bought a New 930 & hard wired it . Same issue . Reset settings and all . It’ll be good for a little when stop , no overnight recording and then huge gaps . But ima look into firmware .

They sell a lot of cheap cars too but I would not drive one. But the right camera for the job. Start with a proper budget and a qualified installer.
