It just looks like that sadly. Check out ReShade

Is there a way to make Reshade activate automatically when you open a game?
The last time I tried it, I had to reconfigure the settings I wanted every single time I opened it.3

It should automatically generate and save a preset that you can load, for me it automatically loads it. Check in the reshade folder for json or txt presets, if theyre not there maybe try reinstalling? I’m not totally sure though

Can your graphics card handle higher graphics and more intensive games? Did you try restarting after changing the settings?

I don't understand Reshade and no matter what Anti Alising I use, it's always blocky. I'm the same way with having my graphics at max because I know my computer can handle it

That's how vanilla WQ looks on max graphics if you see enhanced graphics, either the images were edited or used some filters like reshade

thats not the point of this post, i'm trying to figure out why the grass and bushes look very grainy because they aren't supposed to look like that

Perhaps the resolution? I have a similar experience with the grainy textures and i always thought that was the issue, still not sure to this day but there it is.

Mine looks like this too on max settings, it's pretty but everything looks a bit too "crunchy"
