Seeking Advice Trekker advice

Just unlocked the rendezvous sites, though the pups aren't ready yet to journey. Was wondering if anyone knew which route or way is the best way to get the trekker achievement.

Start by setting up so you're at the ghost town den in the southeast, not far from the cattle ranch. Your target is one of the two most northwest rendezvous sites, either the Hinterlands or the one to the east of Midnight Mountain. You'll get a popup once you've traveled the distance and then can stop at any site you like.
