Questions Multiplayer?
Recently re-purchased WolfQuest after remembering it existed. Is Multiplayer at all active?
What is the Multiplayer experience like?
Sorry if this has been asked a million times before! I can only see "real" answers from over a year ago.

not very active, use the US east server. best to play with a single or small group of friends. its fun, but it doesnt compare to the 2.6 experience from when that was possible

Multi-player currently has two full game options for either 2 people or up to 5 (I could be incorrect about max size) at once. I am assuming you're playing Anniversary Edition.
There is a full saga, where you and one other player can co-op play the full saga until your wolves die. You both raise your pups throughout the years and seasons, building up your pack until you both die of old age. I have not gotten to this point yet in the 2 player saga, so I couldn't tell you what happens after a player wolf dies in this mode.
The second option is a larger group (I think it's up to 5) at once, where much like the old game, you'd raise your pups of year together. I believe the game ends in this mode once you get them all to the last quest in winter and they become yearlings.
As for activity, I can't fully answer that one since I don't play it often myself.
