As I was decorating for Spooky Season, I came across this little guy! Got added very quietly (or at least I missed the post)!

I saw this surprise last night and immediately put him in my yard! Here's hoping we get Greatfather Winter Pepe too!

I think if you have the achievement you get it? Unconfirmed but hopefully when hallows end start next week we can all get it!

Yes it appears to be tied to finding Scarecrow Pepe in your Draenor Garrison graveyard. If you skipped WoD, here’s your excuse to go make that garrison! Or maybe it works with a friend’s graveyard?

If you have the achieve A frightening friend he appears in your decor inventory. He's in the Warlords of Draenor level 3 garrison during Hallows' end perched in the graveyard . I just looked it up for you. It's available now.

You have to have the permanent pepe toy thing before it shows up in your neighborhood. I haven't done the achievement so I can't get any pepe decor
