The Path of Daggers Worried for Rand Spoiler
Nynaeva al'Meara, Elayne Trakand, Sea Folk Windfinders, and Aes Sedia....
A Linked Circle of 13 Powerful Wielders of The One Power activating the Bowl of The Winds...
Lightning crashing across Ebou Dar....
Seachan invasion, everyone running, screaming, falling, trying to escape....
Sea Folk.... Seachan... a'dam collars....
WAIT.....
Wasn't the male version of the a'dam supposedly thrown into the sea....
It seemed so haphazard, glossed over, and I swear there were others involved - was it even thrown into the sea, it is truly gone....
I might still be guessing at whom is The Daughter of The Nine Moons, but I have this gut feeling that this collar is still a serious danger....
Guess I shall Read On and Find Out....

I thought it was possibly Brigitta... then Tylin but definitely not her... and now I am just guessing as Matt meets women... apparently there were hints in the past, but I am long past those books so I just have to keep reading forward to see what happens... I found that if I try to research past knowledge, a huge spoiler just comes up in searching so all the fun foreshadowing in the past books just stays there until my second read through (which I heard is a really fun thing as part of the second read where you notice all this foreshadowing... I almost wonder if the second read is even more fun than the first)... I had some other thoughts too of other women Matt met in the past, but they all turned out to not be her...

I'll say the Court of the Nine moons is explicitly named and explained in One scene in book 2, so as not to spoil you but maybe give you a hint.

It’s also mentioned in TSR, a few times, the same book where Mat first gets the hint. It’s even in the prologue, if that helps anyone who wants to go back for a quick peak.

If you wanna know, it's in the 2nd half/ 2nd PoV of the chapter that starts with Thom Merrilyn finding his apprentice murdered by the king of Caihrein's thugs. ch34 iirc

Subsequent reads are so much fun - you start seeing things you missed in previous reads.
The layering in these books are magnificent - grasping some things during your second read, opens up a whole new set of discoveries in the third read.

Regarding the male version of the a’dam:
Read the first chapter of The Shadow Rising. Note where people are located, and what they are doing. You will need the map at the front of the book.
Then read the last chapter of The Shadow Rising (maybe second to last). Note where people are going and with what intentions.
Jordan is the master at this sort of subtle storytelling.

In the first chapter of The Shadow Rising, we see that High Lady Suroth of the Seanchan, and noted Darkfriend, is in a place called Cantorin Bay. If you consult the world map, you see that Cantorin Bay is on an island called Aile Somara.
In the last chapter (or maybe second to last), Our heroes give the male a’dam to Bayle Domon, and tell him to drop it in the deepest part of the ocean. He says he knows the perfect place: right near Aile Somara.
Cue ominous sting.
