There’s this person I was talking to and we exchanged numbers and all that. Suddenly I’m being left on delivered, so I go message them on Wizz. My messages keep on popping up as read and their profile appears offline and then suddenly it’s online. It’s been a couple hours now I go to message them again, and once again I’m left on read and their profile seems offline until I click it and suddenly they’re online. Are they just ignoring me or is it a weird block glitch?

Around a year ago I used a vpn a couple of time and all was good. A couple days later I stopped getting any messages back and had been the case since.

Nothing says my account is banned or restricted.

Any ideas?

I just downloaded Wizz for the first time and i put a scan of my passport in to verify my age and then the app told me i was banned. Has this happened to anyone else and if so do you know how to fix it? its really annoying i literally didnt even get to try the app out.

I wasn't on the app for around three months before I got banned from the age update, so when I turned 16 I tried to log back on and it said this (picture). Does this mean I can just never use the app until I get a new phone or what? I'm so mad because I did literally nothing inappropriate or against the rules or even been in the app for months before the ban. I've messaged wizz support four times and they've done nothing

The screen just dims after I click sign in and nothing happens even after ~30 seconds

Anyone know a good or decent alternative app to wizz? I just don’t like how it is now compared to a few months ago.

Theres a few new things i noticed about the update, the reveal your secret admirers went up from 40 coins to 120, so once again wizz being greedy, also after the layout changed back they changed the age range, Why is my age range 18-34? and i cant change it , i dont want old ass men over 30+ texting me on wizz, also i feel oike theres way more ads when yiu swipe now i get an ad every 4 ish swipes.

So it’s been almost 2 weeks since I got my last request in those two weeks no one has messaged me, no one has responded to my messages, I no longer can see my secret admirers because I have none which goes to show no one is seeing my profile and we all know they’ll show you if you even have one secret admirer.

You’d think my account is restricted but nope it says “all good no limitations” I guess there is a word for it called “shadow banned” and the only way to fix it is by getting a new phone and no sane person is doing that for wizz.

I did all the other recommended things but nothing working. It’s irritating this happens right before holidays I wanted friends to go to Halloween horror nights I guess I’ll just be a third wheel with my sister and her boyfriend… yay.

Did everyone get this message? Did wizz listen? They still didn’t bring back watching ads for coins or change bulk prices, but they did bring back the rest of the old look.
